Bicycling

Milwaukee is bike-friendly and increasingly so, as the City strives to attain the League of American Bicyclists’ Platinum status. Milwaukee County’s Oak Leaf Trail system provides 125 miles of scenic, mostly-off street riding through our community’s “Emerald Necklace” of parks, and the Hank Aaron State Trail offers a cross-town connection between many attractions. Several Milwaukee bike shops offer rentals by the hour or day.
