COVID-19 Vaccinations

Everyone 12 years and older is eligible for COVID-19 Vaccine.

12-15 year olds are currently only eligible for the Pfizer vaccine. Please visit https://www.vaccines.gov/ to check for availability.

All 12-17 year olds must have parent/guardian consent.

Vaccines are provided free of charge, insurance information will not be collected.

Thousands of vaccines are available daily.

Milwaukee FEMA Mass Vaccination Clinic location:

Wisconsin Center, 400 W. Wells St., Milwaukee, WI 53203

Two entrances available: 1) corner of Wells St. & Vel R. Phillips Ave. (formerly 4th Street) 2) corner of Wells St. & Wisconsin Ave.

Parking is free at 500 W. Wells Street, with additional overflow parking available in a surface lot at Vel R. Phillips & Wisconsin. You do NOT need to pay if you park in these lots.

Open to all who live, work, or study in Wisconsin.

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm, Saturday 9am-3:30pm; closed on Sunday, May 16 and Sunday, May 23.

The City of Milwaukee's mask ordinance MCO ch.62-8 remains in effect. Anyone age two and older entering this building is required to properly wear a face covering while in the facility. Face shields are available for those medically unable to wear a mask. Refusal to properly wear a mask may result in expulsion.
